Delivery Information

Deliveries are processed immediately on receipt of order and estimated delivery date given via email within 48 hours.

All deliveries are booked in prior to arrival with a minimum of 48 hours notice of delivery date.

Whilst we can not give an exact arrival times for deliveries a time slot will be allocated when booking in.

Well respected Courier Agents will deliver the furniture on behalf of Origin Furniture Direct.

Delivery will be made to the ground floor access to the given delivery address. The courier company are not permitted to take furniture upstairs.

Any access restrictions to delivery addresses must be notified when placing order.

Failure for delivery to be received will incur a delivery charge being added.

Any furniture assembly is not included in the delivery service.

Deliveries will arrive in boxes or packaging.

Orders Over £300 are delivered free of charge*

Orders Under £300 incurr a £36 delivery charge*
* Relates to the cost of any orders for delivery anywhere within the mainland UK (except to PA, PH, IV, AB, KW and TR, PL, TQ, EX postcodes), but 'does not' cover delivery to Ireland, Scottish isles, Channel Islands or Isle of Wight. Return / Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:-

Customers must notify Origin furniture Direct of any defect goods in writing via email to service@originfurnituredirect.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of goods listing the following information:-
Order Number, Name, Address, Tel Number, Item faulty, details of fault and suggested solution.

A representative of Origin Furniture Direct will contact the customer in writing or via telephone within 36 hours on receipt of written complaint.

Origin furniture Direct will 'NOT' replace the suggested faulty goods should any of the actions listed below occur

The faulty goods are used in any way by the customer

The faulty goods are not kept in their original packagingThe fault is as a result of failure to follow written instructions, damaged whilst self assembling, wear and tear, misuse or customer inflicted.

Customer attempts to repair a fault themselves without written permission by Origin Furniture Direct.

Product has been purchased by the customer as a Sale, Clearance or Slight Seconds Item/Condition.

Should the fault be rectified by supplying replacement parts Origin Furniture Direct reserves the right to supply such parts as a solution to the fault. This will be done as quickly as is possible by Origin Furniture Direct.

If a manufacturing fault occurs and a exchange is agreed Origin Furniture Direct will organise the collection of the faulty item with a respected courier agent.

If a refund is agreed by Origin Furniture Direct then the customer will be refunded onto the same Credit Card with which they made the purchase within 7 days of receipt of returned and inspected faulty item.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order please follow the instructions below:-

Customers have 7days in which to cancel their order and receive a full refund.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing via Email service@originfurnituredirect.co.uk or by post.

Once a Cancellation is agreed Origin Furniture Direct will refund the customers credit card for the amount paid for goods now cancelled within 30days of agreed cancellation.

Refunds are subject to a 2.5% surcharge which is the cost of the credit card transaction.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
